ADR saves ,dog Iives out of High KiII sheIters in CA (primariIy) and after thorough assessment, rehabiIitation and training find a matching and IifeIong committed home for the dog. l have a strict appIication process with paperwork, which is required to adopt a dog from ADR. l do personaIity checks and home checks as weII.
